Job Details

  • Salary: From $100,000 to $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds company standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with factory representatives
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a dynamic service and technical team
  • Manage workloads and schedules for service department associates efficiently
  • Operate the service department to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability goals
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues including warranties, services, and repairs
  • Ensure safe and compliant service operations following company policies and regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills focused on results and excellent customer service
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer care
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Successful experience in dealership management with knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to lead a service team to achieve high performance and provide a five-star customer experience
  • Proficiency with relevant computer systems in the service industry
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred; ASE or manufacturer certifications are advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license
